David J. Lopez, MD

President & Chief Executive Officer

David J. Lopez, MD, is president and chief executive officer of Psychiatry Networks. Since 2006, Dr. Lopez has led the telepsychiatry provider in its efforts to deliver expert evaluations and leading-edge, ongoing treatment to patients suffering from a range of mental health disorders. In addition, Dr. Lopez and his caregiving team offer vital support and education to the families and friends of those seeking care.

Under his leadership, Psychiatry Networks has become a premier provider of mental health and on-call telepsychiatry services to clients in Ohio and throughout the Midwest.

Prior to establishing Psychiatry Networks, Dr. Lopez served as chief of clinical services with the North Dakota and Ohio Air National Guards. The first portion of his career was spent in private practice, providing a broad range of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services to patients across the Midwest. He is licensed to practice medicine in the States of Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio and Washington. Dr. Lopez specializes in treating members of the military and those incarcerated in state and federal prisons.

Dr. Lopez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his residency training at the Hennepin County Medical Center and Regions Ramsey County Hospital in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Dr. Lopez is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Russian.

Mary Pat Holler-Bibel, MS, PMHNP, FNP

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Mary Pat Holler has been a nurse practitioner since 1990, delivering adult psychiatric and medical services to patients across the Midwest in a variety of in-person and telepsychiatry settings. She provided psychiatric nursing home services in rural communities for over 5 years and has worked with college counseling centers. She has special interest in working with patients in recovery from substance abuse disorders.

Mary Pat is certified as both a family nurse practitioner and adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She is registered to practice nursing in the States of Ohio, Minnesota and North Dakota and Montana.
Outside of her practice, Mary Pat is a member of a number of professional associations, including the American Nurses Association; the American Association of Nurse Practitioners; the American Society of Addiction Medicine Associates; and the Neuroscience Education Institute. In addition, she has offered her expertise and counsel to the boards of Mental Health America North Dakota and Grand Forks Homes, Inc.

Mary Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Kent State University, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She completed her adult medical nurse practitioner training at MetroHealth Medical Center in 1990 and earned a Master of Science in adult health nursing (NP-1998), family nurse practitioner (FNP-1999) and adult psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMH-NP 2010) post masters certifications from the University of North Dakota.

Tonya M. Fisher, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Nurse Pracitioner

Tonya Fisher is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She provides compassionate, comprehensive, and quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults through in-office visits or telehealth communications. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, intuition, and personal observation. Tonya holds strong values in family and lifestyle. She works collaboratively with patients and families to ensure the best outcomes for mental health needs.

Tonya Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lourdes University of Ohio. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kent State University of Ohio. She is Board Certified in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.

Edward Pierson, MD

Medical Doctor

Dr. Pierson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has 25 years of clinical experience after completing residency at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Allegheny General Hospital. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Over 10 years of his career was with a branch of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center system where his care was recognized with an ACES award.

Dr. Pierson provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults 18 years of age and older. He has a broad experience in inpatient, IOP/PHP and outpatient arenas. Serving as Medical Director in a variety of those settings.
